The Powerful Women

Angelina possesses over twenty years of non-profit professional experience dedicated to improving the lives of those across the Central Valley of California.  

She has leveraged her bicultural knowledge and expertise, currently as the Vice President and Chief Education Officer with AgSafe.  Her career also includes tenure with the Great Valley Center and the Central Valley Opportunity Center.

Angelina currently serves on Golden Valley Health Centers Foundation, Ag Innovations, and Protected Harvest Boards of Directors and is actively involved in her church.  She possesses a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Stanislaus.  In addition, Angelina is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator facilitator.

Theresa has dedicated her career to the non-profit and small business sectors, serving in a variety of strategic, operational capacities, currently as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AgSafe.  Her career also includes tenure with the Great Valley Center and her family business, Fontana Farms.

In working with non-profits and family businesses for nearly 25 years, Theresa closely identifies with organizations striving to make an impact in an array of social and economic environments.  Leveraging resources and developing creative strategic solutions are a core competency for Theresa as she works to develop organizational capacity and sustainability.    

Theresa currently serves on the California Farmland Trust Board of Directors, and is engaged in a variety of capacities with her faith-based community.  She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Stanislaus.

Amy has spent over twenty years in executive capacities, predominantly in the non-profit sector.  Her career also includes tenure as President and CEO of AgSafe, Vice President of the California Agricultural Leadership Foundation,  and Legislative Aide in the California State Assembly.

Amy's philanthropic experiences are equally extensive and provide multiple opportunities to share her knowledge and expertise. She currently serves on the Ag Innovations, Modesto Rotary Club and League of Women Voters of Stanislaus County Boards of Directors.  

In her various capacities both professionally and philanthropically, Amy has guided year-on-year organizational growth with an emphasis on strategic and Board development, implemented good governance models, spearheaded multi-faceted fund development campaigns, and guided purposeful change.

Amy possesses a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  In addition, she is accredited as Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
